The Turning Away Of Captivity:

Declaring the end from the beginning,

and from ancient times the things that are not yet done,

saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Isaiah 46:10

The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup:

thou maintainest my lot.

Psalm 16:5

So, the LORD alone did lead him,

and there was no strange god with him.

Deuteronomy 32:12

For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father,

even they have dealt treacherously with thee;

yea, they have called a multitude after thee:

believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee.

Jeremiah 12:6

The shew of their countenance doth witness against them;

and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not.

Woe unto their soul!

for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.

Isaiah 3:9

Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought;

speak the word, and it shall not stand:

for God is with us.

Isaiah 8:10

When thou passet through the waters, I will be with thee;

and through the rivers they shall not overflow thee:

when thou walkest through the fire thou shalt not be burned

neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, Thy Savior:

Isaiah 43:2-3

As for me, I will call upon God;
and the LORD shall save me.

Psalm 55:16

I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people:

I will sing unto thee among the nations.

Psalms 57:9

Hear ye, and give ear;

be not proud:

for the LORD hath spoken.

Jeremiah 13:15

I have made a covenant with My chosen,

I have sworn unto David my servant,

Thy seed will I establish for ever,

and build up thy throne to all generations.

And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD:

thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.

For who in the  heaven can be compared unto the LORD?

who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?

God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints,

and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee?

or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise,

thou stillest them.

Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain;

thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.

The heavens are thine,

the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof,

thou has founded them.

The north and the south thou hast created them:

Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.

Thou hast a mighty arm:

strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.

Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne:

mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound:

they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.

In thy name shall they rejoice all the day:

and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.

For thou art the glory of their strength;

and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.

For the LORD is our defense; and the Holy One of Israel is our King.

Psalm 89: 3-18
