And it shall come to pass,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

to observe and<\/em> to do all his commandments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

which I command thee this day, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

that the LORD thy God will set thee on high<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

above all nations of the earth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deuteronomy 28:1<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it shall come to pass, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

which I command thee this day;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deuteronomy 28:15<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it shall come to pass, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and to multiply you;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and to bring you to nought; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and ye shall be plucked from off the land <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

whither thou goest to possess it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

from the one end of the earth even unto the other;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and there thou shalt serve other gods,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

even wood and stone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deuteronomy 28:63-65<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

that thou mayest observe to do according <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

to all that is written therein:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and then thou shalt have good success.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joshua 1:8<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
